Human beings have lost touch with a basic characteristic of  living organisms: movement. Infrequently we participate in  sports although we enjoy it, we reluctantly  exercise for health reasons and surrender to physical therapy when necessary only to return to our  miserable sedentary lives. Whether you are a natural athlete or knowledge worker, your body is designed to move. Herein lies a secret to living: find a new fascination with what your body can do, acknowledge its limitations and  forge ahead to find its new potential.
